I worked for many years as a clinical therapist/practitioner for clients and groups helping people prepare for childbirth. It was very rewarding work, and when I moved on into other areas I wanted to ensure that what I'd previously offered clients in their sessions would still be available to anyone who may find it helpful - and I wanted to make it free and therefore accessible to everyone.
